At The Marketer’s Toolkit for Go High Level, we are committed to providing our agencies with the easiest way to customize High Level. If you choose not to use our services and request a refund, here are our policies:
Refunds must be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or via support ticket. Cancellations do not automatically get a refund. If you cancel, your subscription will stay active until it expires.
If your subscription expires, our code will stop working 7 days after it expires. This is to give you a chance to update your payment information on our system and not revert the changes you had active.
If you request a refund within 15 days of your initial purchase, you will receive a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees and a $10 processing fee.
If you request a refund after 15 days but within 30 days of your initial purchase, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of unused days in your subscription.
If you cancel after 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
Turnaround time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the request. Please note that the payment processor may take an additional 5-7 business days to complete the refund.
Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as network outages or system failures.
Our refund policy is subject to change without notice. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please contact our support team.
If you submit a chargeback through your credit card or bank for a subscription that you created and did not cancel, we have the right to dispute that chargeback. If you decide you want to use our services in the future, we will require a $100 reinstatement fee and reserve the right to invoice you for the previous charges as well.
