The Theme Builder & the GHL Customizer are both software that are directly connected to HighLevel. If you cancel, the customizations end. It’s for this reason we still have the Lifetime Deal around for a bit longer (the price does keep increasing though).
Great question – with over 500 agencies actively using our solutions, we find out quickly. We have 4 full time developers on staff and have a proven track record of fixing things fast.
We don’t always offer lifetime memberships. We recently brought it back because we see the appeal and can embrace that. That being said, the price has only ever increased.
We have a help area, you can send in a support ticket and you can always send Tom a DM if it’s something urgent. We want to know ASAP if there’s an issue.
Yes! You can book a one on one call with Tom to get everything set up inside the Toolkit. Normally $197, it is available to Level Up attendees at a discounted rate of $97.
We try and keep our time free for member related tasks. That means that if other members will benefit from our work, we will likely take it on. If it’s too specialized, we will pass and recommend another.
